    The Greenlawn is a wonderful and cozy rental, on a quiet street with a beautiful back yard, convenient to many restaurants, activities, shopping etc. You can be south, north or downtown, in 5-15 minutes There is more than everything you could possibly need here, as it is the owner's home. Brooke and Emerson Guest Properties cannot be beat. She had everything there, I had requested, and is so easy and efficient to work with. All of her properties are top notch!!

    This was a wonderful place to stay. The house was extremely comfortable, the landscaping was beautiful and accommodations could not have been nicer. Brooke was extremely helpful with any needs. The kitchen is well-equipped for even the most sophisticated chef. We will definitely stay here again!
